POSITION SUMMARY
As the Account Manager for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Department, you will be responsible to effectively and efficiently manage Infinite Services Skilled Nursing business line. You will ensure timely, high-quality therapist coverage for contracted facilities, grow facility relationships, and deliver agreed financial results while maintaining regulatory compliance and an excellent provider experience.
Primary Outcomes (KPIs)
- Coverage & Speed: Time-to-fill open requests within target; fill-rate meets/exceeds quarterly goals.
- Provider Stability: 90-day retention and schedule adherence at/above target.
- Facility Growth: Weekly in-person facility visits completed; net-new facilities added per quarter.
- Financial: Departmental gross profitability ≥ 18% (or company target); timesheet accuracy ≥ 98%; collections resolved within defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Compliance & Data: Ensure strict adherence critical HIPAA/PHI incidents; 100% of requests and assignments recorded in systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Staffing
- Collaborate with PCD department to facilitate the hiring, onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Responsibility to cover open placements by our SNF vendors and meet company goals
- Actively follow up with facilities to ensure that Infinite remain a valued provider of staffing needs
- Responsible for timely and efficient coordination of staff placement
- Coordinate interviews with therapists and the respective facilities
- Follow with candidate before and after interviews as well as with the facility
- Create and distribute email blasts to assist with staffing needs
- Strategize assignments (e.g., add hours to part-time providers, create back-up plans)
- Time-to-fill open requests within target; Fill-rate meets/exceeds quarterly goals.
Business Development
- Increase Infinite’s presence in current buildings
- Establish Infinite’s presence in at least one facility/group per quarter
- Conduct a minimum of six facility visits weekly to maintain visibility and capture demand
- Oversee execution of all contractual obligations for new and existing facilities
Relationship Management
- Maintain frequent, professional communication with facility administrators/rehab directors to ensure steady case flow and status transparency
- Build strong provider relationships through regular check-ins, capturing preferences and addressing issues promptly
System and Data Management
- Log all requests and assignments accurately in the designated platforms (e.g., Infinite PA)
- Maintain accurate HR notes (leaves/status changes) and ensure data integrity for reporting
Financial and Operations
- Resolve timesheet discrepancies to protect billing accuracy
- Partner with Finance on collections and A/R follow-ups within SLA
- Monitor departmental P&L drivers and make recommendations/adjustments to ensure gross profitability ≥ 18% (or current company target)
Compliance & Culture
- Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA/PHI standards, DOH and facility-specific policies
- Participate in organizational meetings and initiatives; perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
- Experience in relationship/vendor management
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting software
