Infinite Routes, LLC is currently seeking a part-time independently licensed outpatient therapist to join our growing practice in Needham, MA.
At Infinite Routes, our mission is to provide compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming mental health services to children, teens, and young adults. We are looking for a caring clinician who values collaboration with families, enjoys working with neurodivergent children and adolescents, and is committed to providing high-quality, individualized care.
Position Highlights
- Part-Time, Fee-for-Service
- Compensation: $75–$90 per session
- Caseload: Minimum of 12 clients/week (option to build up to 25)
- Flexible Scheduling: Afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends (prime weekday hours: 1:30–7:30 PM)
- Provide both in-person and telehealth therapy
Responsibilities
- Provide individual outpatient therapy to children and adolescents
- Complete intakes and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with families and caregivers
- Provide case management and care coordination
- Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation
- Support clients in accessing crisis services or higher levels of care when appropriate
Qualifications
- Independent Massachusetts licensure (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Master's degree required
- 1–3 years of experience providing therapy to children and adolescents
- Experience working with neurodivergent children and/or teens
- Commitment to providing neurodiversity-affirming care
- Comfortable working with children ages 6–12
- Strong organizational, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
