As a Sales Management Trainee, you’ll represent top-tier products in a retail setting, learning how to drive results through direct face to face customer engagement, while building the skills needed to grow into a leadership position.
Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers inside major retail stores.
- Promote products, answer questions, and provide excellent customer support.
- Learn to lead by example through daily coaching in sales techniques and customer communication.
- Support team sales goals while preparing for future leadership responsibilities.

- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or leadership.
- No prior experience required—training is provided.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- A proactive, career-minded attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
