This position will be based in the Los Angeles area, initially working remotely but with the ability to travel to our Simi Valley warehouse when necessary, especially as we evaluate potential warehouse transitions.

This role is not a traditional accounting position. It is a hybrid finance and operational coordination role focused on follow-through, cash management support, and operational issue resolution.
Key responsibilities will include:
Cash and Accounts Receivable Coordination
• Track incoming payments, credit card settlements, and wire activity
• Follow up with banks, payment processors, and customers when payments are delayed
• Work with the finance team to reconcile receivables and resolve discrepancies
Chargebacks and Deduction Management
• Track retailer deductions and chargebacks
• Coordinate documentation for disputes
• Maintain a log of open deductions and follow through to resolution
Operational Follow-Up and Cross-Team Coordination
• Track operational issues that arise across finance, sales, and operations
• Ensure follow-up actions from internal meetings are completed
• Coordinate communication between departments to prevent issues from falling through the cracks
Operational Reporting and Dashboard Support
• Assist with maintaining internal dashboards for sales activity, receivables, and operational metrics
• Coordinate data collection from internal teams to support reporting
Warehouse and Logistics Coordination
• Assist with gathering and organizing proposals from potential 3PL partners
• Support evaluation of warehouse logistics as we assess potential operational changes
• Help coordinate operational projects related to warehouse transitions
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience working with spreadsheets, and the ability to follow through persistently on operational and financial issues.

Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
