Position: Caregiver / Home Care Aide (HCA)
Location: Orange County, CA
Employment Type: W-2 Employee (Full-Time & Part-Time Available)
Requirements
✅ Active Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration
✅ Current TB Test/Clearance
✅ Live Scan Background Clearance
✅ Current CPR Certification
✅ COVID-19 Vaccination Record (if required by client/community)
✅ Social Security Number (SSN)
✅ Valid California ID or Driver’s License
These qualifications are commonly required for California home care positions, including HCA registration, TB clearance, Live Scan, CPR certification, valid identification, and work authorization documentation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients
