Duties
- Assist classroom leaders in implementing individualized programs (IEPs) tailored to each clients unique needs, including those with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities
- Support clients during instructional activities
- Provide physical assistance and behavioral support to clients requiring additional help with mobility, behavior management, or daily routines
- Help maintain a positive classroom environment through behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques
- Collaborate with administrative team to complete progress reports
- Assist in lesson planning, classroom support activities, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information related to student records and progress
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
