Position Summary
The Facility General Manager is responsible for driving client acquisition, membership growth, and long-term retention for a high-performance baseball and softball training facility in the Sanford / Greater Orlando market.
This role blends sales leadership, client experience management, and player development oversight. The General Manager owns the full customer lifecycle—from lead conversion through ongoing engagement—while ensuring athletes are progressing toward measurable, in-game performance outcomes.
Core objective: Develop and retain a strong membership base while delivering a results-driven training environment that prepares athletes for competitive play.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead membership sales efforts, including outbound lead follow-up, consultations, and package conversion
- Build and maintain client retention strategies to maximize lifetime value and reduce churn
- Review athlete performance data and game video analysis to support development plans
- Schedule and manage training sessions, evaluations, and onboarding for new members
- Deliver a high-energy, results-oriented facility environment aligned with brand standards
- Track KPIs including membership growth, retention rate, and revenue performance
- Develop strong relationships with local Sanford-area athletes, families, schools, and travel teams
- Foster athlete confidence and progression through structured feedback and measurable results

Experience & Qualifications
- Required: Collegiate or professional baseball/softball playing experience
- Prior coaching experience is preferred but not required
- Strong interest or aptitude in sales, client engagement, and performance training environments
- Ability to operate in a metrics-driven, membership-based business model
- Willingness to be trained in sales systems, client conversion, and retention strategies
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Weekends as needed based on facility demand
Compensation
- Base Salary: $45,000 annually
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $60,000 – $100,000
- Uncapped Earnings Potential: Top performers significantly exceed OTE

- Retention and expansion bonuses tied directly to your ability to grow and sustain your client base
