Hitting Coach (Baseball & Softball): Part Time w/ (Full-Time potential)

About Infinite Hitting Charlotte: Infinite Hitting Clubhouse is a nationally expanding baseball and softball training franchise and the No. 2-ranked batting cage facility in the United States. We are a fast-growing baseball and softball training facility focused on developing athletes both on and off the field. Our mission is to provide high-level instruction in a positive, energetic, and professional environment where athletes can build confidence, improve performance, and reach their goals. Our Charlotte location is currently looking for passionate and motivated hitting coaches to join our team.
Position Summary: Our coaches work directly with baseball and softball athletes of all ages and skill levels through private lessons, small group instruction, camps, clinics, and team training sessions. We are looking for individuals who bring energy, strong communication skills, and a passion for athlete development. Our instructors have the opportunity to develop their coaching skills, and for advancement within the Infinite Hitting organization.
Responsibilities
● Conduct private and small group hitting lessons
● Operate pitching machines and training technology (HitTrax)
● Teach hitting mechanics, timing, approach, and mental game strategies
● Develop individualized training plans for athletes
● Assist with camps, clinics, memberships, and special events
● Prioritize and maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization throughout the facility
● Collaborate with management staff to provide a high-level training experience
● Encourage athlete confidence, discipline, and growth
Qualifications & Experience
● Baseball and/or softball playing or coaching experience at a high school level or above
● Strong communication and leadership skills with high-energy and positive attitude
● Reliable, professional, team-oriented, and a passion for mentoring and developing athletes
Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
