Infinite Events is an award-winning wedding planning firm made up of an elite team of planners, and we’re looking for Event Assistants to jump in on wedding days and help bring our weddings to life. If you love weddings, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are the kind of person who just knows what needs to be done, keep reading.
This role is all about supporting our planning team on wedding days, helping bring beautiful events to life, keeping things running smoothly, and being a calm, helpful presence behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with setup, décor placement, and day-of details
- Helping manage timelines and transitions throughout the day
- Supporting vendors, venues, and guest flow
- Problem-solving in real time (no panic, just solutions)
- Helping with breakdown at the end of the night
- Making sure the bride and bridal party are happy, confident, and photo-ready (think helping with dresses, bouquets, and little last-minute details 💐✨)
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have wedding or event experience (planning, coordination, venue, catering, rentals, floral, or hospitality experience welcomed)
- Are organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
- Can take direction and anticipate what’s needed next
- Are comfortable being on your feet for long days
- Have reliable transportation
- Can work weddings in Newport, RI
This is a perfect role if you’re looking to gain hands-on wedding experience while working alongside a supportive, elite planning team. The position is seasonal, running May through October, and is all about being part of our wedding-day magic.
