Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator (PC) role is a pivotal position to our team's overall success. The PC is the first to review an order and “translates” all orders into Project Management Softwares. The PC not only kicks off the fulfillment process, but also uses their robust digital marketing knowledge to find roadblocks that could cause delays. The Project Coordinator works closely with the Fulfillment team, Finance team, and Sales/Support teams to move the order forward and ensure that all information is accounted for in order to successfully begin work. The PC also follows up accordingly on any issues that need to be solved for involving orders submitted. As a PC, you will receive training on all of our product offerings and processes to set you up for success. *Please note this position is 100% Remote however, you must live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area to be considered as we have occasional team meetups.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Understand and translate orders into Project Management Softwares

• In-depth understanding of Project Management Softwares

• Ensure processes and procedures are implemented and followed

• Gather project requirements and communicate when they are missing

• Identify issues to ensure the success of the project - follow up accordingly on pending information or issues in order to execute solutions.

• Liaison between Sales, Support, and Finance team members

• Must consistently insert each order that comes in within a 3 hour time frame, after the 90 day training period is over and moving onward, to ensure proper pacing of order insertions.

• All orders that come in within the scheduled work day must be inserted day of. Orders that come in within the last hour of the day, may wait until the next to complete.

• Unless deemed appropriate or necessary by Manager, further cross training and/or additional responsibilities will be assessed after the first year of Project Coordinating.
