CONSTRUCTION & REAL ESTATE OPERATIONS COORDINATOR (PART-TIME)
Infinite Development Group is a growing licensed General Contracting and Real Estate company based in La Crescenta, California. We specialize in residential and commercial construction, renovations, tenant improvements, real estate services, and project development throughout Southern California.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Operations Coordinator to support our construction and real estate operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, communicating with people, and helping projects move forward.
This is more than a typical administrative role. You will work directly with company leadership and play a key role in coordinating subcontractors, managing project documentation, following up with clients and industry professionals, and supporting new business opportunities.
This position offers long-term growth potential for the right candidate and may evolve into a full-time leadership role as the company expands.

POSITION DETAILS
Schedule:
Part-Time (16–20 hours per week)
Hours:
Approximately 4 hours per day, Monday–Friday, preferably between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM or 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
Location:
Primarily in an office position based in La Crescenta, California.
Compensation:
$20–$24 per hour (depending on experience)
Additional Compensation:
Performance-based bonuses available for business development, relationship-building efforts, and company growth initiatives.

Looking to hire within 1–2 weeks.
Start Date:
Immediate availability preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Construction Operations Support
- Organize project plans, specifications, and bid documents
- Coordinate with subcontractors regarding pricing, scheduling, and project information
- Request and follow up on subcontractor estimates
- Collect and organize subcontractor licenses, insurance certificates, W-9s, and qualification documents
- Maintain subcontractor and vendor databases
- Assist in preparing estimate packages and proposal documents
- Track bid opportunities and project deadlines
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Introduce company services to contractors, architects, developers, property managers, and industry professionals
- Follow up with prospective clients and business contacts
- Maintain and update company CRM systems and contact databases
- Schedule meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities
- Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives
- Track outreach efforts and maintain follow-up schedules to ensure opportunities are not missed
Real Estate Support
- Follow up with real estate agents, investors, and prospective clients
- Send property marketing materials and company presentations
- Maintain agent and investor contact databases
- Assist with transaction-related administrative tasks
- Support listing and marketing activities
Administrative Support
- Manage emails, calendars, and client communications
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and tracking documents
- Assist with general office administration and operations
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making professional phone calls and following up with contacts
- Detail-oriented and highly reliable
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and general computer applications
- Comfortable learning new software, CRM systems, and technology platforms
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Professional and confident communication style
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Administrative, customer service, construction, or real estate experience
- CRM experience (Monday.com, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Experience coordinating projects or working in a fast-paced office environment
- Familiarity with construction, subcontractors, or real estate transactions
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
EDUCATION
- High School Diploma required
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree is a plus but not required
