Job Title: Medicaid Reports Developer

Summary:

Seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL and Azure Synapse Developer to design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for Medicaid projects. The role involves creating new reports, enhancing existing ones, and resolving backlog issues while collaborating closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions and semantic data models.
• Build and manage data warehouses and ETL processes.
• Develop and maintain BIRT reports within the IBM Curam framework.
• Create and optimize data analytics solutions using Azure Synapse SQL pools.
• Design and test Power BI dashboards and visual reports.
• Mentor team members on data integration and best practices.

Required Skills:

• 5 years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (tables, views, indexes, grants).
• Proven experience with BIRT reporting tools and IBM Curam data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse pipelines, SQL pools, and Spark pools.
• 1 2 years working with Python, PySpark, and SparkSQL on Azure.
• Skilled in Power BI dashboard development.

Preferred:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare or government projects.
