Infinite Computing Systems is hiring a driven Business Development Manager to expand our Staffing & Workforce Solutions business across MSP programs and direct clients in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, Apollo, and Lusha.
- Build pipeline with MSPs, procurement teams, hiring managers, and enterprise clients.
- Schedule discovery meetings, capability presentations, and vendor registration opportunities.
- Qualify leads and collaborate with Sales Managers for deal closures.
- Maintain CRM updates, activity tracking, and weekly KPI reporting.
- Work closely with recruiters and delivery teams to align client requirements with talent capabilities.
Desired Profile
- 4–10 years of experience in Staffing Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Recruitment.
- Recruiters from the staffing industry looking to transition into Business Development are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and client engagement skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot, or similar CRM/sales tools preferred.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.
