Inside Sales Executive – Job Summary
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition, expand MSP program presence, and generate qualified leads for staffing services. This role involves prospecting key decision-makers, building a strong pipeline, scheduling discovery calls, and handing off qualified opportunities to Sales Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospects via calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and tools like Apollo and Lusha.
- Sales Development: Schedule meetings, qualify leads, and support vendor registration and proposal processes.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, track lead status, and meet weekly outreach and conversion KPIs.
- Collaboration: Partner with recruiters and account managers to ensure seamless sales-to-delivery handoff.
Desired Profile:
- 1–4 years of inside sales, lead generation, or business development experience (staffing industry preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and CRM tools is a plus.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment.
