We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in ETL testing, SQL, Snowflake, and Cortex to lead quality assurance efforts for healthcare data initiatives.

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in ETL testing, SQL, Snowflake, and Cortex to lead quality assurance efforts for healthcare data initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive QA activities for assigned epics from requirement analysis through production release.
- Perform end-to-end ETL testing, data validation, and source-to-target reconciliation.
- Validate Snowflake and Cortex-based data solutions using complex SQL queries.
- Test ETL operational processes including scheduling, job dependencies, failure handling, restartability, safe re-runs, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with business, data engineering, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support UI functional and regression testing as needed.
- 8 years of QA experience with strong focus on ETL/Data Warehouse testing.
- Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with Snowflake.
- Experience with Cortex and modern data platforms.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to independently own and deliver testing for complex epics.
- Basic UI testing experience and flexibility to support front-end testing when required.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Healthcare domain knowledge is required.
- Test automation experience.
- Knowledge of healthcare data domains such as claims, membership, provider, or clinical data.
- Must be available to work during EST/ET business hours (typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST/ET) and provide operational support as required
