Program Director (Senior)Summary:Provides overall executive leadership for the PACS migration and implementation program, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and client objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Define and oversee program strategy, governance, and delivery for multi-ministry PACS migration.- Manage program budget, resourcing, and contractual obligations.- Act as the senior escalation point with client executives and vendors.- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, security policies, and contractual commitments.- Drive executive communications, steering committee updates, and risk management.Experience & Skills:- 15 years in program leadership for large-scale healthcare IT transformations.- Proven track record in multi-site PACS/VNA implementations.- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and financial management skills.- PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
