Technical Skills: Deep understanding of X12, HIPAA, EDIFECS, BizTalk and XML-based standards. Expertise in healthcare transactions (837 I/P/D, 835, 270/271, 276/277, 277U, 820, 834) Strong C# .net knowledge Working experience with WCF services
Soft Skills: Ability to learn quickly Strong problem solving skills
Responsibilities Provide level 2 production support which may require meeting with trading partners to troubleshoot Work on change order/CR work that requires following the SDLC Primary on-call responsibilities to make sure files are processing correctly Identifying root causes and resolving issues
