What You'll Do
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, applications, and operational issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex client and internal support cases.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor junior team members.
- Collaborate with Product Development and cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues.
- Deliver exceptional support to high-value clients and drive customer success.
What We're Looking For
- 3 5 years of technical support or help desk experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Experience handling escalations and mentoring team members.
- Financial services or credit union industry experience is a plus.
Schedule
- Flexible hours between 8:00 AM 9:00 PM EST
- On-call support as needed
- 100% onsite (Monday Friday)
