Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Frisco, TX (ONSITE)
What you will need to have:
- Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance, or a technical field.
- 3 years of experience formulating and defining Business Requirements & Use Cases.
- Client-facing experience with organizational leaders.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify problems, and propose/develop solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Prior experience creating collateral such as reference documents, user guides, and process flows in support of products and solutions.
- Prior experience working with Technical, QA, and Business Teams to explain requirements and provide functional guidance.
- Prior experience with preliminary functional testing and preparing Help/Support documentation for new features/fixes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Visio.
- What would be great to have:
- Background in technical automation initiatives and business transformation.
- Power BI or other analytic tools and dashboard experience.
- Experience utilizing Jira.
