- Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations
- Ensure compliance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), state, and infection control standards
- Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff
- Conduct routine inspections of resident rooms and common areas
- Manage inventory of supplies and linens within budget
- Address resident and family concerns promptly
- Support survey readiness and maintain Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent required; related certification preferred
- 2–3 years supervisory experience in healthcare or long-term care housekeeping
- Knowledge of infection control, sanitation standards, and laundry operations
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
