Overview
:Lead the design, development, and deployment of our internal AI platform to support professional care, operational performance, and financial optimization across our nursing home network. This role is responsible for building a robust, in-house AI model that drives predictive insights, streamlines workflows, and supports real-time decision-making across clinical and administrative functions

- nPartner with care teams, operators, and finance leaders to identify high-value use cases and embed model outputs into their workflow
