Overview

:Lead the design, development, and deployment of our internal AI platform to support professional care, operational performance, and financial optimization across our nursing home network. This role is responsible for building a robust, in-house AI model that drives predictive insights, streamlines workflows, and supports real-time decision-making across clinical and administrative functions

.Key Responsibilities

:AI Model Development & Strateg

• yOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of our internal AI engine—from data sourcing to model training, validation, and deploymen
• tDefine the AI architecture to support forecasting, anomaly detection, labor modeling, revenue optimization, and clinical risk scorin
• gWork with cross-functional leaders to continuously refine the model based on real-world inputs and evolving business need

sCross-Department Integratio

• nPartner with care teams, operators, and finance leaders to identify high-value use cases and embed model outputs into their workflow
• sEnsure the model accounts for the unique constraints and regulations of the skilled nursing environment (e.g. staffing mandates, PDPM, compliance triggers
• )Drive consistent collaboration between engineering, analytics, compliance, and operation

dQualifications

• :2 years experience in AI/ML strategy, data science, or digital transformatio
• nHands-on experience developing and deploying internal AI models—beyond vendor tool
• sStrong understanding of healthcare operations, preferably in post-acute or long-term car
• eAbility to translate complex data into clear operational action
• sProven success working cross-functionally across care, finance, and operational team
• sBonus: experience with time-series forecasting, labor modeling, or claims-based risk model
