Customer Service Representative | Entry Level Sales
Full-Time | In-Person | Monday–Friday
Infinitave, Inc. is growing our Pensacola team and looking for confident, outgoing people who enjoy working with others and want an opportunity to grow.
This is an entry-level, face-to-face business sales position working directly with local businesses and business owners. No previous B2B sales experience is required — we provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship to help you learn the role and develop your skills.
If you have a background in customer service, retail, restaurants, hospitality, athletics, or another people-focused environment, your experience can translate well into this role.
What You'll Do
- Meet face-to-face with local businesses and business owners
- Build relationships and create a positive customer experience
- Learn how to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Present solutions and answer questions
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
