Are you in?Your roleKey responsibilities in your new roleTool Development: Design and implement software tools to process large measurement and simulation datasets for SPICE compact model generationData Pipeline: Build data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation pipelines to convert raw lab data into model-ready inputsAutomation: Create automated quality assurance checks and regression tests for new SPICE models to improve throughputAnalysis: Develop scripts and visualizations to identify model deficiencies and quantify model quality metricsCollaboration: Work with device modelers and process engineers to translate modeling requirements into software featuresDocumentation: Produce clear, reproducible documentation and usage guides for lab tools and QA proceduresYour profileQualifications and skills to help you succeed Education: Pursuing BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related fieldProgramming: Strong coding experience in Python and/or C and scripting languages for automationModeling: Familiarity with circuit simulation and SPICE or equivalent simulation environments is a plusAnalysis: Experience with data analysis tools (NumPy, pandas, MATLAB) and data visualization librariesTools: Comfortable with version control systems such as Git and basic software engineering practicesCommunication: Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teamsMindset: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and focused on improving quality and productivity through softwareAdditional informationInfineon Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
