- Education:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in Military Experience in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field).
- Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment engineering technician role.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, troubleshooting, calibration, and Mil standard knowledge.
- Skills:
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Basic communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Basic Microsoft Skills, Word, Excel, Email
- Critical Thinking ability, Risk taking, out of the box thinker.
