Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead and coordinate all Quality activities at our Morgan Hill production site, such as: Product Quality, Supplier Quality, and Customer Quality
• Develop and maintain QMS certification for the site
• Define and implement a comprehensive strategy for Reliability and FA labs
  
  

Your Profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• We are seeking a highly experienced Quality professional with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience, who possesses a strong background in quality management
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with experience using methodologies such as 8D, are essential for this role
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Global experience, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across time zones and cultures
• Quarterly international travel is expected, and the candidate should be comfortable with and able to adapt to different cultural and professional environments

Morgan Hill, CA - Minimum of $ 168,700 salary per year / Maximum of $ 230,000 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.”
