Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Austin, TX
Minimum of $175,920 base salary per year
Maximum of $241,890 base salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
In your new role you will:
- Design, develop, communicate, and implement optimal strategic account plan(s)
- Lead team go-to-market activities for assigned accounts; ensure execution of strategies
- Structure the virtual global account team, establish priorities
- Clarify requirements to win, and increase executive relationships with customers
- Effective collaboration across functional groups and many product lines internally is a must
- 10 Years of related semiconductor industry experience
- knowledge of power semiconductor usage through AI systems & Subsystems for Hyperscaler target customers
- experience with different types of embedded systems from Digital to Analog including Memory, Microcontroller & Security
- Global target oriented mindset with great team player skills focused on Global Account Managment
- Quick learner and high technical orientation
- Able to present quarterly to executive leadership management
- Create highly productive processes, strategies, collaboration, and focus – across entire portfolio of Infineon products
- Travel required as needed
