Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible as the technical interface in the process "Design-In to Design-Win" for multiple customers at times personally on site
- As part of the Sales team tandem, delivers the solutions for customer problems using Infineon smartcard products in identification and payment applications
- Actively supports customers in their qualification and certification processes
- Obtains customer feedback on product performance and limitations, consolidates and brings improvement suggestions into the organization in a structured way
- Generates opportunities with ideas forgo-to-market activities
- Establishes and maintains relationships with other internal interface functions (marketing, R&D) through regular rounds of experience exchange and sharing of their findings
- Regular contacts with external contact persons
- Supports the evaluation of development samples at customers
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of experience with embedded hardware, and software architectures
- Experience in Technical Program Management, development, and product life-cycle
- Experience in embedded security and cryptography in smartcards preferred
- Effective at managing multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills
- Ability to understand customer and industry needs and translate the minto actionable technical solutions and product plans
