Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing, and/or packaging
- Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand, ensuring maximum production quantity and quality
- Manufacture electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical systems, parts, or components corresponding to the specifications - for both series production and prototypes or single production
- Debug and troubleshoot failed electronic components, assemblies, and systems using test equipment and schematics, with relevant experience or alternative pathways welcomed
- Compile and maintain test-related documentation including test plans, procedures, results, and reports
- Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
- Work with a moderate degree of supervision
- 4th shift: 6:30am to 5:00pm Friday - Monday
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Ability to work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods Comfortable working with a moderate degree of supervision
- Able to support and guide new team members, apprentices, or trainees
- 5 years of relevant completed vocational/professional training, and additional subject-specific experience (5 years), or additional subject-specific qualification
- We welcome candidates whose skills and knowledge have been acquired through various pathways, including non-traditional backgrounds
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
- Prolonged standing and walking throughout the workday
