- Define new powermanagement and power stage products
- Translate customer needs into clear productrequirements
- Create product specifications, roadmaps, and datasheetinputs
- Engage customers to understand future platform needs
- Guide technical tradeoffs with design, packaging,applications, and validation teams
- Track market trends, competitors, and product gaps
- Support product launch, sampling, and customeradoption
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's degreein Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred
- 8 years of experience in semiconductor productdevelopment, power electronics, applications engineering, system architecture,or product definition
- Strong understanding of DC-DC converters, multiphase voltage regulators, integrated power stages, power MOSFET technologies, andAI/datacenter power delivery architectures
- Experience interpreting customer and system-levelrequirements and translating them into product specifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers andcross-functional engineering teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, anddecision-making skills
- Familiarity with power stage performance metrics,including efficiency, switching losses, thermal performance, current sensing,and protection features
- Experiencedefining semiconductor products from concept through production
- Knowledge of Intel VR, AMD SVI3, PMBus, telemetry, andserver power architectures
- Experience with competitive benchmarking and roadmapplanning
