Key responsibilities in your new role

• Design and architecture of state of the art memory products
• Develop and execute technical strategies for digital IPs and SoC designs including architecture, RTL design, and DFT, ensuring high-quality and efficient solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architecture, verification, STA, and physical desgin teams, to ensure successful SoC development
• Utilize industry-standard EDA tools, such as Synopsys, Cadence, or Mentor Graphics
• Debug and resolve complex design issues, including timing, power, and area optimization
• Drive technical innovation and improvement, stay up to date with industry trends, and new design methodologies
  
  

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• At least 8 years relevant working experience in defining and implementing complex digital circuits and functionalities
• Proficiency in HDLs like Verilog/System Verilog
• Experience in using the digital design flow including RTL/gate-level simulation, Linting, logic synthesis, STA, UPF (low power design) and DfT
• Knowledge of non-volatile memories is a plus
• Experience with typical command sets and functions for various memory interfaces including I2C, SPI, QSPI, and xSPI is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams

Salary pay information:

In line with local legal requirements, indicative salary ranges are disclosed for selected locations where applicable.

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

$164,400 – $226,100

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
