Key responsibilities in your new role
- Data Analysis: Use established software tools to review performance of devices in qualification and production phases
- Trend Identification: Analyze datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and performance shifts that impact yield
- Support Release: Assist lead Sustaining PE with interpretation of production and qualification data to support product release decisions
- Reporting: Prepare clear technical reports and summaries of findings for cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Education: Minimum of 3 years toward a BS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, senior students graduating within a year preferred
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, MATLAB, or Python exposure desired
- Domain Knowledge: Coursework or exposure to statistics, circuits, and semiconductor/device fundamentals
- Communication: Strong technical report writing and verbal communication skills in English
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret key performance parameters and identify trends in complex datasets
- Teamwork: Comfortable collaborating across sustaining, manufacturing, and quality teams
- Eligibility: US citizen or permanent resident required for export-controlled documentation access
