Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:
Minimum of $22.00 per hourMaximum of $27.50 per hour
Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
In your new role you will:
- Support SPM Team: Collaborate with the HiRel Operations Project Management (SPM) team under the guidance of a senior Operations Project Manager (PJM)
- Learn Tools: Obtain hands-on knowledge of tools and methods used in HiRel Operations Development Projects
- Assist Projects: Run and support operations development projects, ensuring alignment with the team’s strategic goals
- Contribute to Success: Apply skills and insights to drive progress in ongoing projects
- Practical Experience: Develop proficiency in project management methodologies by working on real-world challenges
- Gain Insights: Learn to navigate dynamic, multicultural team environments, contributing to the overall team effectiveness
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Coursework & Knowledge: Completed coursework in financial management, accounting, statistics, microeconomics, or data analytics
- Project Management Expertise: Familiar with project management concepts and PMO functions
- Work Style: Structured, self-motivated, and methodical in task execution
- Collaboration Skills: Demonstrates excellent collaboration and communication abilities to work with diverse teams
