Minimum of $201,120 base salary per year / Maximum of $276,100 base salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan
Seattle, WA
Minimum of $182,320 base salary per year / Maximum of $250,690 base salary per year

Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Drive strategic leadership in AI/data center markets by securing design wins from Grid to Core with leading AI platform, GPU, and infrastructure partners to grow long-term revenue and share.
- Translate customer and market requirements into forward-looking product proposals (target value propositions, target definitions, key development milestone requirements, and quantified business cases) for consideration by Product/Business Line teams.
- Map the global AI value chain (CSP, OEM, ODM, EMS) across regions and convert insights into actionable go-to-market plans and sales pipelines with regional teams.
- Lead regional and sovereign AI strategies, including building the go-to-market structure and stakeholder engagement needed to win in focus countries.
- Partner wth China Regional Marketing to synthesize local AI trends into a global strategy, identifying domestic winners and deploying a G2M approach that leverages our global scale
- Identify and communicate market disruptors and quantify impacts on AI grid-to-core power architecture, solution roadmaps, and business outlook.
- Build and execute cloud-to-edge and training-to-inference go-to-market strategies to capture emerging, high-volume opportunities.
- Establish and grow tier-1 partnerships and lead high-level strategic partnerhips with global data center operators and adjacent verticals (e.g., telecom/satcom data centers).
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
- Degree in Engineering power electronics or a related field preferred) or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of marketing experience, ideally in data center/AI infrastructure or power electronics markets
- Strong knowledge of AI data center power conversion from grid to core (e.g., SST/SSCB, PSU, IBC, BBU, protection solutions, xPU Vcore VRMs)
- Solid technical understanding of power systems and architectures, with the ability to translate complex topics for varied audiences
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, including influencing stakeholders and navigating negotiations
- Experience working across regions and cultures, leading projects and/or teams in global environments
- Professional proficiency in English (additional languages welcome)
