Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Be responsible for driving revenue, generating leads and new business opportunities, and securing design win growth at Infineon’s most important global strategic accounts.
  • Develop, document, and execute a comprehensive strategy for assigned accounts. Communicate and drive the strategy with global extended team members and key stakeholders to achieve assigned targets.
  • Grow and strengthen customer relationships including but not limited to engineering, procurement, operations, program management, quality, up to C-level executives.
  • Develop, foster engagement and work with a global team of key business & engineering professionals to achieve assigned targets and drive long-term alignment, utilizing the strategic plan
  • Maintain opportunity tracking and accurate forecasting for each assigned account. Execute and grow new revenue generating business opportunities; maintain sales pipeline & drive monthly forecasts to support internal operational planning
  • Manage customer design cycles from beginning to end; including NDAs, pricing, engineering & customer EOL management. Own the overall business relationship.




Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • Minimum 10 years of professional technical sales, account management, business development or customer facing account roles, with general understanding of Semiconductor Manufacturing and/or industry experience in Semiconductors
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Business with equivalent technical sales experience. MBA is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years or more of experience supporting and developing large, complex accounts with proven success calling on a wide range of customer contacts from working-level engineers, procurement, quality up to C-Level executives. Supply Chain, Quality / NPI Material Management experience is preferred.
  • Expected to "own" the relationships from top to bottom at each assigned account
  • Team player with a creative approach to solving difficult challenges, positive attitude, ability to recognize customer needs, and utilize resources to achieve strategic goals resulting in revenue growth

Austin, TX- Minimum of $179,000 Salary per year/ Maximum of $ 246,200 Salary per year
In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
