Internship - Sustaining Product Engineer

In your new role you will:

• Project Support: Assist with product transfer projects and sustaining activities
• Collaboration: Work with the Manager of Sustaining PDE and team members to learn skills and complete tasks
• Data Review: Use software tools to assess device performance during qualification phases
• Report Assistance: Support preparation and interpretation of qualification reports for product transfers

You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

• Education: Pursuing a BS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering with at least 3 years of progress toward the degree
• Data Understanding: Ability to identify patterns and trends in product datasets and understand key performance parameters
• Coursework: Exposure to or completion of statistics coursework is preferred
• Communication Skills: Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills in English
• Technical Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with JMP software preferred
• Lab Experience: Experience in electronics labs evaluating semiconductor devices or interpreting datasets is helpful
• Work Style: Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and collaborate effectively
• US citizen or green card holder: This internship requires access to documentation that is controlled by the export laws of the United States. Candidates are required to provide proof of either US citizenship, Permanent US residency, or classification as a protected individual as defined in 8USC 1324b(a)(3).

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $18.50 per hour
Maximum of $31.00 per hour

Hourly rate will depend on the highest level of education completed.
