Infin Moving is looking for a detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our daily administrative operations in Columbus, OH. This position plays an important role in maintaining organized records, assisting with scheduling, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

• Maintain and organize customer files and office records
• Perform data entry and update internal information accurately
• Answer incoming calls and assist with general customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments and support daily office operations
• Prepare and organize documents for internal use
• Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain an organized and professional office environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Basic computer and data entry proficiency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Previous office or administrative experience is a plus but not required
