Chief Financial Officer Opportunity
Location: Ann Arbor, MI (onsite)
We're seeking a strategic, operationally minded Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team of a well-established, multi-entity organization headquartered in Southeast Michigan.
This is an opportunity to play a meaningful role in shaping the financial strategy and future direction of the business. The CFO will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, driving financial performance, strengthening operational decision-making, and leading a high-performing finance organization through its next phase of growth.
The ideal candidate will bring experience with:
• CFO, VP of Finance, or Corporate Controller leadership with progressive executive responsibility
• Multi-entity and/or multi-location organizations
• Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, treasury, and executive reporting
• Operational finance and strong business partnership with executive leadership
• Process improvement, systems optimization, and organizational scalability
• Building, mentoring, and developing high-performing finance teams
• M&A, acquisition integration, or experience navigating complex organizational structures is a plus
• Experience within service-based, multi-location, or operationally intensive businesses is highly valued
