Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Manage project roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and budgets
- Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog
- Coordinate releases across development, QA, business, and production support teams
- Track project health through Agile metrics and reporting
- Remove team impediments and ensure continuous delivery
- Manage vendor and third-party integrations
Required Skills
- Strong Retail and eCommerce industry experience
- Experience with SAFe and Scrum frameworks
- Cross-functional Agile team leadership
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication
- Hands-on experience with: eCommerce platforms, Omnichannel retail, OMS, PIM, Supply Chain, Retail POS, Loyalty Programs, Payments/Transaction Processing
Preferred Skills
- PMP, SAFe Agilist, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification
