Job Title: Home Health / Hospice Registered Nurse
Assignment Length: 12 weeks with possible extension
Location: St Johnsbury, VT
Shift: Days, Monday-Friday, possible weekend shifts
Pay Rate: $70/hour
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a compassionate, team-oriented individual to provide a full range of professional nursing services to clients of all ages including admission, evaluation and care plan development. Working with a team of homecare professionals and paraprofessionals, their nurses strive to achieve the highest level of coordinated care for clients.
Job Requirements:
- Current Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- One year of prior clinical experience required.
- Fully Vaccinated against Covid-19
