Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Drive program planning, scheduling, and execution using Microsoft Project (MPP) and JIRA
- Manage project budgets, financials, and billing with accuracy and accountability
- Coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Communicate program status, risks, and escalations to senior leadership
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project (MPP) and JIRA
- 10 years of project or program management experience
- Background in banking, financial services, or fintech environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing program budgets and financial reporting
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe certification required
- Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Skills
