Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple technology projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements, establish priorities, and develop project roadmaps.

• Manage cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project goals, status, risks, and dependencies.

• Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid) as appropriate to the project scope.

• Track and report on project progress, budgets, and key performance indicators.

• Proactively identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks, driving mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) where applicable.

• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge sharing, and compliance with organizational standards.

• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

• 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a technical or software-focused environment.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or similar).

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications.

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or software development.

• Background in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries.
