- Duties / Responsibilities : Data Entry, Customer Service, Filing
Job Brief : These staff perform data entry and processing tasks for all referrals. This includes managing mail, email - regular and secure, faxes, file creation and archiving, database query and data entry. Also provides customer service functions providing information to providers related to status and enrollment.
