- Job Title : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Workplace : Long-Term Care (LTC) facility
- License Requirement : Current, unrestricted CO license is mandatory
- Experience : Prior experience in LTC is required, MDS experience is preferred
- Work Schedule : 36 hours per week, flexible to work in day or night shifts
- Travel Requirement : The applicant's permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from the facility. Local travelers will not be considered.
Must be BLS certified from AHA
