- Hands-on experience with: Active Directory (security groups, file share permissions), Microsoft 365 (Exchange mailbox/calendar/distribution group admin, MFA, SharePoint, Teams), ServiceNow ticketing, Windows Office, VPN/remote access support, remote desktop control tools
