Senior Legal Specialist (807542)
Location- 120 South Stockton Street, Trenton NJ 08625
Mode of work- Onsite
Mode of hire- 6 Months contract
Pay Rate -$ 47.25/hr. on W2 Without benefits
work hours: 9:00-5:00

Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: Help develop enforcement actions against licensed health care facilities and Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs), help prepare actions enforcing the federal Medicare and Medicaid conditions of participation and New jersey licensure requirements against licensed facilities. Investigate and evaluate allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation of resident property by nurse aides and litigate cases at the Office of Administrative. Law concerning revocation of nurse aide certificates. Serve as a member of the Informal Dispute Resolution Panel (IDR) and assist in the drafting of Independent Informal Dispute Resolution (IIDR) recommendations.
Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement: EDUCATION: Graduation from an accredited law school with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) Degree.
EXPERIENCE:
One (1) year of experience in conducting legal research, analyzing, and evaluating legal documents, rules, regulations, and/or legislation, or the review and analysis of regulatory matters in a government agency; or one (1) year of experience as an attorney.
LICENSE:
Appointee must be eligible to practice as an Attorney-At[1]Law in the State of New Jersey.
Appointee must possess a current Certificate of Good Standing issued by the New Jersey Board of Bar Examiners, or other license to practice law issued by any state in the United States.
Appointees will be required to possess a driver's license valid in New Jersey only if the operation of a vehicle, rather than employee mobility, is necessary
Salary : $47
