Program Specialist
Location: Harrisburg, PA 17101
Work Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a human services program, including human services research or providing social services to clients.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and risk management principles and practices.
- Experience or working knowledge of home and community-based services or human services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and effectively within a team.
- Strong organization and ability to manage deadlines and changing priorities.
- Ability to develop comprehensive reports and analyze written materials, data, and cases.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and program-specific data collection systems.
- Ability to participate in onsite and remote meetings and activities.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and extensively, including occasional overnight travel.
