Job Title: RN Home Health

Assignment Length: 13-week contract

Location: Newton, MA

Shift: 08:00 - 16:30(5x8)

Pay Rate: $68/hour


Job Summary:

Providing clinical services to patients from birth to over 100 years in their homes. Assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans, and providing ongoing education and support to patients and their families.


Job Requirements:

Current licensure in the state of Massachusetts

Minimum 2 years of experience

APPLICANTS MUST HAVE: 1 year Certified Home Care experience and 1 year Case Management

Salary : $65 - $68
