Location: Quincy, MA 02171 | Hybrid

We are seeking a Business Analyst/Data Analyst with strong Healthcare Data, Data Analytics, Requirements Gathering, SQL, Data Warehouse, AWS, and Snowflake experience to support MassHealth Data Modernization initiatives.

Key Skills:

  • Strong Business & Technical Requirements gathering/documentation
  • Healthcare/MassHealth data experience; HIPAA knowledge
  • Data analysis, profiling, and data warehouse solutions
  • Advanced SQL skills
  • AWS Cloud and Snowflake
  • BI tools: Tableau and/or Cognos
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical/data solutions
  • Strong stakeholder communication, presentation, and documentation skills
  • Experience collaborating with Architects, Developers, QA, PMs, and business teams

Preferred: Healthcare, AWS, Snowflake, Tableau, and Enterprise Data Platform experience.

Travel: Occasional travel to EOHHS offices/group homes within Massachusetts.
