🚀 Hiring: Flutter / Dart Developer (Web)

We are seeking an experienced Flutter / Dart Developer to join our engineering team and help build high-performance cross-platform mobile and web applications. This role requires strong hands-on expertise with Flutter Web, Bloc state management, and REST API integrations, working closely with product, design, and backend teams in an Agile environment.

• Develop scalable applications for iOS, Android, and Web using Flutter & Dart
• Implement Bloc for state management and follow clean architecture principles
• Build modular, reusable UI components and features
• Integrate RESTful APIs and manage JSON serialization/deserialization
• Implement routing using go_router
• Manage dependencies using Provider and get_it
• Utilize Flutter packages such as intl, equatable, flutter_dotenv, rxdart, uuid
• Work with Flutter Web utilities (universal_html, url_strategy)
• Write clean, testable code using build_runner
• Ensure accessibility compliance and semantic UI practices
• Write unit, widget, and bloc tests
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

• Strong experience with Flutter (Mobile & Web) and Dart
• Hands-on expertise with Bloc (mandatory)
• Experience with REST APIs, HTTP, and error handling
• Knowledge of Streams, RxDart, and state management patterns
• Familiarity with go_router, Provider, and get_it
• Testing experience using flutter_test, mockito, bloc_test

• App deployment experience (App Store / Play Store)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc.)
• Agile/Scrum development experience
• Strong debugging and performance tuning skills

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ownership mindset with attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
