Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Operator role based in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The Warehouse Operator will be responsible for receiving and unloading incoming shipments, verifying documentation, and organizing materials in designated storage locations. The role includes picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining accurate inventory records. The Warehouse Operator will operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks and forklifts, if certified), follow safety procedures, and help keep the warehouse clean and orderly. The position also involves collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications

Qualifications

- Experience with forklift operation and other warehouse equipment (or willingness to obtain appropriate certifications, if required).
- Commitment to health and safety practices, including adherence to OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
