Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control Specialist to manage production planning and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing operations.
-Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time manufacturing
- Monitor production performance and adjust schedules as needed
- Track WIP (Work-in-Process) and finished goods inventory
- Identify bottlenecks and improve production efficiency
- Communicate order status with internal teams (sales, logistics)
- Maintain accurate ERP system data
- Additional Duties: In addition to the responsibilities listed above, this role may be assigned other related duties as needed to support efficient production operations and evolving business needs.
- Comply with all production-related safety rules and procedures while performing assigned duties.
-Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Bilingual in English and Korean, with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and data management skills
-Preferred:
- Green Card holders
- Associate’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field of study
- 2 years of experience in production control or planning
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience working with OEM customers
